So, as you’re probably aware, I’ve whinged and complained about had some problems with optimizing my digital workflow.
Well, lately I’ve been working on fixing that, as well as learning to paint. I’ve acknowledged the fact that I’ll probably never get Illustrator to do what I really want it to do, and have been instead trying to get it to do things that I feel like it’s actually good at. So far the results are pleasing me, and I’ll share them with you folks in due time. It’s a bit of a style break compared to the body of my current work, so I think I’ll have to resort to inking (or maybe just coloring) in Photoshop or finding yet another alternative for doing black-line art.
