Dragon-A-Day Online: Day 707: Eyes Front.

So I didn’t get my clay yet, and decided that I would look at some pictures of sharks to try and wrap my brain around this conical snout puzzlement I seem to be facing.

I started with this (apologies to the original copyright holder; I downloaded this long ago when I was a callow youth and didn’t know better):

I thought there would be more obvious “pointing” on the shark’s face, but there isn’t, which is odd, considering how pointy its face is:

big_shark_jaws-290x298Although, after further consideration, only the nose is pointy, and the rest of the face is kind of flattish, a sort of triangular prism. This doesn’t really help me figure out how to represent the large, pointed snout of the Blacktooth, but it’s some food for thought.
