I had planned to go out and game, but the place I was planning to play at is apparently closed on Tuesdays, so instead, I came home and tinkered with my Commander deck, which I think I’ve mentioned before. I added a few new dragons to it and adjusted some ratios of other types of cards, though it’ll be a little while before I can test it in a proper multiplayer environment.
Anyhoo, in honor of me wasting an evening hunting down slips of cardboard with nerdspeak all over them, I tried to do some fan art of the Scion of the Ur-Dragon, though it was difficult:
On closer examination, he kind of runs together in a lot of places, and is really not like anything that I’d normally come up with. The extra-long nose horn threw me especially, and the… tufts on the back of his head are a little too Rule of Cool for me to figure out.
