Artist’s Note: Not that this is terribly important, but it does explain the motivation behind tonight’s quote:
After a longish hiatus from Tournament-level play, I went back to Friday Night Magic tonight, and won second place (3-1, about 20 players) with my “rogue” aggressively-built (non-goblin) red deck that I built this afternoon. Shrine of Burning Rage was my best friend, dealing 13 points of damage in one fell swoop (starting life totals are 20) and clinching my second-place seat.
