Not a lot to say here, though when I was drawing it I’m pretty sure that I had some sort of insightful commentary running through my head.
I started thinking about tree frog coloration partway through and started drawing the patterning on it, but got distracted towards the end and (somehow) forgot to actually make any differences in the color/shade, so it’s just a dragon (that’s vaguely reminiscent of the mud thresher of old) with some odd splotches:
