Sometimes the naming is the hardest thing when coming up with a new dragon.
I mean I had a couple handfuls of story elements for this one, like it’s a favorite of spellcasters that are looking for a new familiar or companion, that perhaps it speaks multiple languages or is a powerful mimic, stuff like that. But I didn’t know what to call it. I kicked around various names that humanoids might assign to it, but none of them seemed to fit.
So for now, this dragon has no name, and a little bit of history. It’ll keep for now, I suppose.
